View order status from your order history. To do this, log in to your Click2Mail account and access the account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface.
Click "Order History" from the menu on the left or scroll to the bottom of the account dashboard.
The order status table will be displayed.
The status of each job will be displayed in the table. You can click on the three dot menu icon to view the invoice and print it. You can also click the three dot menu icon to view tracking or IMb tracing information that is available for your job.
