What does "Arrived at recipient po" mean?

This is a scan from the USPS that shows that the piece received its final sort and was trayed to go to the recipients PO.  Mail should almost always receive this scan in the early hours of the AM and then be trucked to the recipients PO to be delivered that same day.

This is very often the last IMB scan a mail piece receives.
