What can be mailed using nonprofit rates?

These items can be mailed at nonprofit rates:

1.  Solicitations for monetary donations.  This does not include information about fundraising events.

2.  Newsletters or periodical publications may be sent at nonprofit rates provided no personal information to the addressee is included.

3.  Only mailings of 200 pieces or more qualify for nonprofit postage rates.
