Log in / Link Account to Directory Monitor

View a demo that shows you how to link your Click2Mail account to Directory Monitor.

After you download and install Directory Monitor, you must link it to your Click2Mail Account. Before you do this, make sure you are connected to the correct environment.

1. If you are connecting to Stage for testing purposes, click “Menu” and select “Test Mode (Use Stage Accounts)”. 

If you are in test mode and wish to connect to your Production account to submit live jobs, click “Menu” and select “Live Mode (Use Production Accounts)”.

1. After confirming you are connecting to the intended environment, click “Link Account”, located in the upper right hand corner of the interface.

1. Enter your username and password. Then, click “Continue”.

1. You will receive a success message after entering the correct credentials. Click “Continue” to proceed.

1. You can confirm the account you’re connected to by clicking the profile icon in the upper right  hand corner. The current accounts list will display the username.
