If you created a customer email-to-mail mailbox and enabled confirmation, you'll have to log in to approve proofs and submit orders. Jobs are ready to advance when you receive the email confirmation that the job was received.
When you receive this email notification, log in to your Click2Mail account and click "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface.
Locate the job in the projects section. You can use the magnifying glass to search by job number if you're unable to readily locate it in the list. The job will be in Pending proof acceptance.
Click the three dot menu icon to expand the action menu and click "Continue".
Click "View Proof" to download and view a proof.
Approve the proof by entering your initials and click "Add to Cart".
The job will be added to the shopping cart and you can proceed with checkout.
