Production and Mailing Schedule

For print and mail non-EDDM jobs, Click2Mail offers up to three production time options:  Next Day, Within 3 Days and Select a Mailing Week. EDDM jobs can be mailed next day, Within 3 Days and Within 7 Days. Unless you scheduled a job to mail on a specific date, next day orders placed by 8 PM Eastern are printed and mailed on the next USPS business day.  USPS business days are defined as every day except Sundays and federal holidays. 

Next Day indicates that you want your job printed and mailed the next USPS business day, or that you want to schedule your job to mail on a specific date in the future.  Unless you scheduled a job to mail on a specific date, next day orders placed by 8 PM Eastern are printed and mailed on the next USPS business day.  USPS business days are defined as every day except Sundays and federal holidays.  See the table below for the next day production schedule.

Within 3 Days indicates that you want Click2Mail to print and mail your job within 3 days of order submission.  Within 3 Days is a less expensive production option than Next Day.  Variable data is not available with this production time option.

Within 7 Days indicates that you want Click2Mail to print and mail your job within 7 days of order submission.  Within 7 Days is the least expensive production time offering available for EDDM orders.

Select a Mailing Week is the least expensive production option that Click2Mail offers for print and mail non-EDDM orders.  When you select a mailing week, you indicate that you want your job to mail on any day during a given week available for selection on the calendar.  You can select a mailing week that is up to 12 weeks in the future.  Variable data is not available with this production time option.

By default, Priority Mail orders submitted by 12 PM Eastern are printed and mailed the same USPS business day.  Priority Mail Express orders submitted by 10 AM Eastern are also printed and mailed the same USPS business day.

Click2Mail recommends that you allow additional time for the USPS to deliver your order when you schedule a date of printing.

Next Day Production Schedule
