MailJack Plus (MJ+) is a powerful tool for creating and managing mail merge templates. These templates allow users to efficiently send personalized bulk mailings using pre-configured document settings. Follow this guide to learn how to create a MailJack Mail Merge Template in MJ+.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure the following:

  1. You have an active Click2Mail account.

  2. You have created your mail merge document in Click2Mail. (Refer to our guide: Creating Mail Merge Documents in Click2Mail)

  3. You are logged into the MailJack Plus website with your Click2Mail credentials.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log Into MailJack Plus

  1. Go to the MailJack Plus homepage.

  2. Enter your Click2Mail login credentials to access the platform.
    (Note: MailJack Plus operates independently and requires separate login even if using Directory Monitor.)

Step 2: Select the Mail Merge Workflow

  1. On the homepage, click Send Letter with Mail Merge.

  2. In the Mail Merge section, click Upload File to upload your document.

Step 3: Create a New Template

  1. Click Create Template on the next screen.

  2. Configure your template by following these steps:

    • Template Name: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Invoice Template 2024").

    • Document Type: Select the appropriate document type (e.g., Letter 8.5x11).

    • Layout and Printing Options: Choose layout, paper type, print settings, and other preferences.

    • Return Address: Select or add a return address.

  3. Click Save Template and Continue to finalize your template.

Step 4: Use the Template

  1. After saving the template, it will be available in your list of templates in MJ+.

  2. The saved template will also sync with Directory Monitor, allowing you to use it directly within the software.
