View Shared Documents from Master Account

Available shared documents may be viewed by clicking "Shared Documents" button at top of My Documents. This loads a table called My Shared Documents. Shared documents will be visible in My Documents and My Shared Documents. Documents that are not shared are only visible in My Documents.
