You can view the mapping ID of a list by viewing job details. Locate the job that utilizes the list in question in your projects. Click the tricolon menu on the right and then click View Details.
Click the Advanced Details caret to view Mapping ID.
Details available here include Document Origin, Base Document ID, Job Document ID, Base Address List ID, Job Address List ID, and Address List Mapping ID.
