Why am I getting a "Two Pages Needed" Error?

Some print products, such as certain postcard formats and flyers, require a minimum of two pages for printing. If you encounter an error message stating two pages are needed, it means the system has detected that your document doesn't meet this requirement.

Here's how to resolve this:

  • Postcards: If you intend to create a single-sided postcard, ensure you've selected the "Single-Sided" layout option within the design or print settings.  The system may default to a double-sided layout, which requires two pages.

  • Flyers:  If you're designing a flyer and only have content for one side, you'll need to add a second, blank page to your document.  This satisfies the two-page minimum.  You can typically do this within your document editing software (e.g., Word, Google Docs, design programs).  The blank page will not be printed on, but it's necessary for the system to process the print job.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the two pages error and successfully print your postcards or flyers.
