Click2Mail’s primary goal is to empower mail users with our free do-it-yourself tools, so we will always be here to help with free customer support. But if you run out of time, or need extra help, Concierge Service is an option - if and when you need it.
Concierge Service provides comprehensive support for every step of mailing with Click2Mail - from complete end-to-end job management to simple task-level support. It’s available now for only $30 per hour (charged in ¼ hour increments) with a $15 minimum.
End-to-end: you send us your document, your mailing list, and your job specifications, we take care of the rest. We’ll upload your job assets, configure the job, insert mail merge fields (if required) and send you a proof for approval. Once approved we’ll place the job into your shopping cart so the order is ready for you to submit.
Task-level: we can also handle the following tasks for you at the same low hourly rates.
Document correction, re-creation, or creation
Mailing list formating and upload
Job template creation
Custom email-to-mail mailbox creation
