When I get to the "map address block" and I'm choosing the recipient line, the first recipient in the excel is never loaded. How do I fix this?

Make sure you have a header row that gives titles to the columns, like Name, Address, City, State and Zip. You'll select these column headings during the mapping process and the examples from your mailing list will be displayed in the address label.

If you have a header row and this is still a problem, save the file as a .csv and try again.
