Poor Print Quality

Sometimes print quality does not meet customer expectations.  The causes of this are often unique.  Please call customer service at 866-665-2787 to discuss any concerns you may have.

The most frequently observed print quality issue is a smear or smudge seen on postcards.  The smudge is seen approximately 2.5 inches from the postcards left edge.  This smudge is caused by the USPS sorting equipment, and not a printer problem.  Click2Mail is not responsible for damage to mail pieces that occurs after they enter the mail stream.
