There are three ways to confirm that an order was submitted.
- View the order confirmation page after you submit a job through the UI.
This one is the most obvious, but if you're in a rush, it is easy to miss. After your job is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation message on the UI screen. You can click on the invoice number to view more details about your job.Check for an order confirmation email.
- Check your email.
Click2Mail will send you an order confirmation email. If you don't see it in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- View your order history.
Any order placed from your account, no matter which productivity tool you used, will be available in your order history on www.Click2Mail.com. Click here for illustrated instructions on viewing your order history.
