Why was my document cropped incorrectly?

The two most common reasons that a document appears to be cropped incorrectly are:

1.  The cutting machine at our production center was set incorrectly.

2.  The document design did not follow the margin specs for the product you sent.  Most documents require a .125 - .25 margin.  Anything in the margin area may be cropped when the piece is cut from the sheet.If you feel that your document was cropped incorrectly, please scan the front and back of the piece and email it to support@click2mail.com.
