View Carrier Routes in Order History

You can view the carrier routes associated with an EDDM job in your order history.

Log into your Click2Mail account and access your account dashboard.

Click "Order History", located in the menu on the left.

Locate the job you're researching. You can click View All in your order history if the job you're researching doesn't appear in the list, or search for it with the job or invoice number.

Select "EDDM Route Details" from the tricolon menu on the right. The routes will show up in a table.
