Yes. You can download your sheet as a Microsoft Excel or csv file and upload it to MOL Pro, or you can associate your sheet with a Google doc and mail it using the "Mail My Doc" Google Add On.

To download your sheet, click File -> Download As -> and select .xlsx or .csv. Information about uploading your list to MOL Pro can be found here.
