How do I shrink a large image?

If large refers to the size of the image on the mailpiece that you created in our document editor, follow these instructions:

1. Click on the image.

2. Look for the boxes around the outside of the image.

3. Click and drag the boxes to resize the image.

If large refers to the file size of the image, you can try opening the image in Photoshop (or any other picture editing software) and changing the image size. You don't want to reduce the DPI of an image below 150. You can also email the image to support@click2mail.com and we can assist.
