Here are a couple things to watch for when you submit MailJack+ jobs.
- Note unmailable addresses on the parsing results page. These addresses need to be corrected or omitted. They cannot mail.
- Confirm the number of deliveries you expect from the document match the number of pieces being submitted. If you see more or less number of pieces on the MailJack+ order summary page, there has been an issue parsing the document or there were unmailable addresses.
- Confirm the batch status in the MJ+ logs. The batch should be completed. Depending on the batch size, it could take some time to complete. If the batch does not complete in at least an hour, customer support can check it's progress to ensure there are no issues.
